1. Order Processing and Dispatch

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed after successful payment verification. Orders are typically shipped within 1 to 5 working days from the time of payment. Working days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Processing Delays: During peak sales periods or due to unforeseen circumstances, processing times may occasionally be extended. We will notify you via email if your order dispatch is expected to take longer than 5 working days.

2. Delivery Timeline and Estimates

  • Dependence on Partners: Delivery timelines are estimates and are dependent upon the selected courier partners, geographical location, and local conditions (e.g., weather, public holidays).

  • Responsibility: Once an order is dispatched, Harkut is not responsible for transit delays caused by the courier company.

3. Tracking Information

  • Tracking Details: Tracking details, including the courier name and tracking number, will be shared with you via email or SMS promptly after the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

4. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Reporting Damage: Any damaged or tampered shipment must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery for a resolution (replacement or refund).

  • Required Evidence: To claim a resolution for a damaged shipment, you must provide clear photographs of:

    • The outer packaging (showing damage).

    • The shipping label.

    • The damaged product inside the packaging.

  • Lost Shipments: If a shipment is marked as lost by the courier partner, we will either dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund, as determined by Harkut.

5. Incorrect Shipping Details

Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address provided. If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
