How long does it take for an order to ship?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 5 working days after successful payment confirmation.
When will I receive my order?
Delivery timelines depend on the courier partners and your specific geographical location. Tracking details are shared after dispatch so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.
What should I do if my shipment arrives damaged?
You must report any damaged shipment within 24 hours of delivery for us to process a resolution (replacement or refund). Please contact our support team immediately with your order details and photographic evidence of the damage.
How do I track my order?
Tracking details, including the courier name and tracking number, will be shared with you via email or SMS shortly after your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
What is the deadline for requesting a refund?
Refund requests must be made within 2 calendar days of the date of purchase/delivery.
What are the conditions for a valid return/refund?
The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with valid proof of purchase (invoice), all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
How long does the refund process take?
Once your return is received and approved, the refund will be processed within up to 7 working days. The time it takes for the funds to reflect in your bank account may vary depending on your bank's processing time.
