1. Refund Eligibility and Request Timeline

Request Period: Refund requests must be initiated by contacting us within 2 calendar days of the delivery/receipt date of the product. Requests made outside this window will not be entertained.

Product Condition: For a return/refund to be approved, the product must be:

Unused and undamaged.

Returned with all original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories.

Accompanied by valid proof of purchase (original invoice or bill).

2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are exempt from refunds:

Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.
3. Return Process

Wait for Approval: Do not ship the product until you receive written approval from Harkut.

Ship the Product: Upon approval, securely package the product and ship it to the return address provided below. The cost of return shipping is typically borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
4. Refund Processing

Inspection: Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected for compliance with the eligibility criteria.

Processing Timeline: If approved, the refund will be processed within up to 7 working days after the date of approval.

Refund Method: The refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time (5-10 working days) to post the credit to your account.
